| Option 1 - pay as you go |
| After we've quoted for the number of hours and price for your change and you've given us the go ahead, we'll then reply by sending you a link to a downloadable invoice and you will need to pay for the change upfront. As you can appreciate for small jobs we can't spend time chasing up payments so for this reason we ask for payment upfront. To make the payment please go to the payments page. | Option 2 - buy a block of prepaid hours of support |
This option saves on a lot of admin time processing, checking and chasing payments, and for this reason works out to be the lowest cost option.
Rest assured, we’re very transparent about how many hours we will take over a task. We’ll let you know up front how many hours a task will take and we’ll keep a record (you can too if you wish). When you come to the end of your hours we’ll notify you and ask if you would like to buy more prepaid hours before we can work on the text task. Unlike most agencies we charge to the nearest 15 mins so we can make very quick changes and charge you accordingly.
